Teacher Interview: N S C Domain 4: Professional Responsibilities

1. After each lesson, I reflect on how it went and whether the students seemed to understand the objectives. I also reflect at the end of each unit to see if any lessons need adjusting for next time. 2. I keep detailed records of student work and assessments in individual folders. I record anecdotal notes and use a tracking sheet to monitor each student's progress toward standards. Report cards summarize progress. 3. I communicate with families through weekly newsletters, emails about activities, and parent-teacher conferences. I'm available by phone or email as needed. 4. I participate in school committees and professional development. I mentor new teachers and collaborate with colleagues to improve instruction. 5. I take continuing education
