Completeness
The communication must e complete. !t should convey all "acts re#uired y the audience. The sender o" the messa$e must ta%e into consideration the receivers mind set and convey the messa$e accordin$ly. Conciseness
Conciseness means &ordiness' i.e. communicatin$ &hat you &ant to convey in least possi le &ords &ithout "or$oin$ the other Cs o" communication. Conciseness is a necessity "or e""ective communication. Concise communication has "ollo&in$ "eatures+

(void &ordy expressions. Stic% to purpose. (void unnecessary repetition.

Clarity
Clarity implies emphasizing on a specific message or goal at a time, rather than trying to achieve too much at once. Clarity in communication has following features:

Use image building words. These words should have sensory appeal. Use of facts and figures.
