Cruz:
We are pleased to advise you that Cebu Music Learning Center has acted favorably on your application for employment and we are employing you on a contractual status or for a fixed period for the Project as a Part-time Guitar Trainer , with the designation of Music Trainer under the following terms & conditions !" This contractual employment is for a period of seven #$% months, commencing on May 1, 2009 until September 30, 2009. &our services is engaged for the purpose of the above- named Project" 't is understood that the contract shall automatically cease on the last day stated above" (uring this seven-month period, you will be wor)ing with us on the basis of satisfactory performance based on t e standards set by t e Company" 'n the event your services is terminated by the *ompany anytime during this period, you will be entitled to collect only your salaries up to the end of wor)ing hours of the last day of actual service" +" ,or giving your entire time and attention to the wor) assigned to you, you shall be paid a fee of ! p. You shall refrain, during your e ploy ent !ith the "o pany, fro engaging in any a"ti#ity !hi"h is pre$udi"ial to the interests of the "o pany or !hi"h interferes !ith the perfor an"e of your $ob, !hether !ithin or outside your !or%ing hours, !ithout the prior !ritten "onsent of the "o pany. 10. &hile e ployed by the Co pany, you agree to !or%during ga'etted publi" holidays and !ee%ly rest days !hen business re(uire ents so di"tate. 11. )t is e*pressly agreed and understood that there are no #erbal agree ents or understandings bet!een you and the Co pany or any of its agents and representati#es, affe"ting this agree ent and that no alterations or #ariations of the ter s hereof shall be binding upon either party to this agree ent unless the sa e are redu"ed in !riting and signed by you and the Co pany. &e trust that your asso"iation !ith us !ill be utually benefi"ial.
