SECRET-this trick is uite easy, it!s basically very similar to a magic s uare or add a number, where you "ust fill in some blanks. You ask for single digits and as they call them out you write them down. You pretend to write the 6 digits but what you actually write is another 5 digit number on a slip of paper and then secretly add that to any envelope #held behind envelope-like bank night routine$. To the spectators it "ust appears you are recording the numbers called out #watch your angles, so no one actually views what you are writing$. %ntroduce your envelopes, pour out the contents and have someone add the 4 slips. SETUP-all you do is write these & sets of numbers on & slips of paper and place them inside the envelopes. Your 4th envelope has nothing inside it #this is where you discreetly pretend there is something inside this envelope, "ust like the rest.

They name the digits, you subtract ' number from the digits called out and write that 5 digit number. -dd all the numbers and they will always total to the digits "ust named. 232) SPOT PREDICTION-you begin by displaying ') coins in a row and have the spectator freely select any number from '-'). You then isolate the coin at that number by covering it with a transparent shot glass. They now select any coin for you to use, you take that coin and draw a dot on it with a magic marker. You place that marked coin face down and begin flipping over the remaining coins ' by ', showing both sides. .nder the glass is the coin they selected and when you turn that coin over, it!s the only coin that has a black dot. /inally you turn your coin over and the black dot has vanished. SECRET-this one is easy, "ust use a dry0erase marker. %f you can, find one that looks like an ordinary marker or switch out the marker sticks #re uires dis-assembly of marker$. You draw a dot on all the coins and turn them over 12/342 commencing the trick. -fter they select a coin, you will need to 5%,6422T7Y wipe off the marker dots. You can accomplish this by performing on table cloth, close-up mat, carpeting, etc. 5rag the coin ever so slightly to ensure marker dots wipes off. You could also discreetly rub off the dot with your thumb as you turn over the coin.

You can shuffle and cut the cards. You deal the cards face down, one at a time and randomly stop. You then place a symbol card face up on top of the card you stopped on. 5rop the remainder of the deck on top of the symbol card, pick up the deck and repeat the e+act procedure two additional times. The spectator tells you where to stop. You spread the cards face down, pull out the symbol card and the card they stopped upon and line them up. You turn over the & cards face up and reveal they match your prediction. SECRET-this trick is self working and utili*es the clock principle. -s soon as a spectator calls out a number, uickly subtract ') from it and remember that secret number. 7ook at the symbol the spectator left and match it to your crib sheet. 8ow count backwards to your secret number, which will be their 34%D%8-7 symbol.
RE=EAL- you could do this effect with playing cards and reveal using an invisible deck or you could do a drawing duplication reveal. E>CEPTION-if they pick a symbol at the ')th position and the number called out is ') or )4, the participant will end right back where they started. COUNTER-MEASURE-simply demonstrate using the ')th symbol 12/342 the select a symbol. Eost people will call out a number higher than '). 5o a partial demonstration, no need to go all the way back to the ')th position. CRA?5 8 PREDICTION-the performer shows F cards that are numbered ' G F in no specific order and deals them into two face down piles. Be gives the participant a choice of which pile to put on top of the other and deal them into two piles again. This continues until the participant is satisfied the numbers are mi+ed. Be deals 4 piles face down, with each pile having ) numbers. The participant selects any pile and secretly adds up their two numbers. 7ooks on a list to find a word ne+t to his number and that word matches your prediction.
