For accomplishment of primary task of completion of website we have divided the project in 10 phases Stage 1 Pre-project Stage 2 Proposal Stage 3 Agreement Stage 4 Concept Stage 5 Development Stage 6 Content Stage 7 Coding and Programming (Build) Stage 8 Testing Stage 9 Go Live stage 10 Maintenance Scope of Project. At present all these facilities are not under a single roof and totally unorganized. With Delay and irregularity customers are facing more problems. This is our main USP which can differentiate us from others. By the Use of Website Customer can easily access the information and book the service. This website can be used as effective tool for marketing and as the logic of the company is get organized work this website can add additional advantage to it. We have already worked on such project so we are already aware the technical difficulties and problems that can occur and this has helped us to plan the project accordingly and time distribution of work done is also done in the similar fashion. Moreover we have equality in work distribution so there very less chances of clashes.
