1. INTRODUCTION Polvo Field is composed by 02 different installations the FPSO Polvo and Polvo A Platform. On both installations, is necessary to monitor quality and quantity of Oil & as production. !his monitorin" must be done follo#in" A$P %&ra'ilian $ational Oil A"ency( re"ulation and process needs. 2. OBJECTIVE !he purpose of this plan is to establish the collection frequency of Oil & as samples on Polvo Field accordin" to the requirements from re"ulatory a"encies and process needs. 3. OIL SAMPLES 3.1. FPSO DAILY

!he Oil bein" produced by FPSO Polvo %that "oes to the stora"e tan)s( needs quantitative and qualitative analysis as &S&* and +ensity to be used on the measured volumes correction and other uses. As the FPSO Polvo reports production on a ,+aily- .eport, this analysis must be performed every day. FPSO Polvo most representative sample of the Oil "oin" to the stora"e tan)s is called ,/is)ootSample, #hich is a composite sample collected in constant intervals durin" the last 20 hours of production by an automatic sampler from the /is)oot brand. &S&* and +ensity Analysis must be performed every day at 21210 on the /is)oot Sample and reported on the follo#in" day on ,+aily Performance .eport dd mmm yyyy.3ls- file. +urin" the day is recommended to collect 00 samples in mar)ed hours in order to monitor the production alon" the day, but these samples should not be considered for correction purposes. 3.2. FPSO WEEKLY

!he Oil bein" produced by FPSO Polvo %that "oes to the stora"e tan)s( needs a control of .4P and Salinity parameters for offloadin" purposes. As this control is 5ust an internal control and these parameters don6t present si"nificant variations it can be done once a #ee). !he /is)oot sample must be analy'ed every #ee) on Sunday for the re"ular daily analysis %&S&* and +ensity( and in addition also to .4P and Salinity. +ensity Analysis of the Oil "oin" to the stora"e tan)s #ith the ,/is)oot- Sample

3.3.

FPSO MONTHLY

A$P re"ulation requires a 7onthly Samplin" of the Oil bein" produced by FPSO Polvo %that "oes to the stora"e tan)s( in order to determine sulphur content, heavy metals and cut8off points. 9very 0:st day of the month ; < of the residual oil from the /is)oot sample after &S&* and +ensity analysis, must be collected and send onshore by boat in attention of $alco to perform the monthly analysis as described above, this sample #ill be called ,=omplete-. 3.4. POLVO A EVERY 06 MONTHS

Polvo A uses a 7ultiphase 7eter from .o3ar to appropriate production for each #ell. !his 7ultiphase 7eter needs P4! information of the Fluid passin" trou"h the meter in order to properly quantify the phasis. +ue to this, Polvo A needs to )eep a control of the P4! performance for each #ell. As the #ell properties don6t present si"nificant variations, these samples must be collected every 0> months from each #ell by a Schlumber"er representative to perform the every 0> months analysis as described above. !he Schlumber"er visit must be previously scheduled since the samplin" in reservoir conditions is comple3 and demands special apparatus. 4. GAS SAMPLES 4.1. FPSO MONTHLY

A$P re"ulation requires a 7onthly Samplin" of the as bein" produced by FPSO Polvo on fiscal meterin" points in order to analy'e the "as composition, specific mass, calorific po#er, inert "ases content and contaminants. !he as 7eterin" system on the FPSO is composed by 02 different systems, the Fuel System and the Flare as System. as

9very 0:st day of the month "as from Fuel as System %&ooster =ompressor Sample( and from Flare as System %Flare +rum Sample( must be collected in proper S#a"elo) sample bombs and send onshore by boat in attention of $alco to perform the monthly analysis as described above. 4.2. FPSO EVERY 03 MONTHS

?n order to )eep an operational control of the "as composition, specific mass, calorific po#er, inert "ases content and contaminants of the outlet points on FPSO Polvo, every 01 months as samples should be collected on the ?nlet Separator and Stabili'ation Separator as Outlets and send onshore by boat in attention of $alco to perform the every 01 months analysis as described above.
