Handling international design codes & standards.

Review fabricated erected or installed lines as per latest isometric drawing for construction. Documentation, inspecting the fabrication and installation of pipelines. Prepare the schedule, manpower deployment , 3 months look ahead plan, monthly schedule as per baseline schedule. Perform line-check. Monitoring the routing of piping and preparing as built drawing Preparation, checking and review of as-built drawings and getting approved Familiar in p & id drawings and coordination engineering and concerned departments. Supervises fabrication crew. Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities. Overall responsible for the fabrication and erection works in workshops / project sites that includes piping and structural fabrication and field erection of fabricated items. Responsible for all kinds in inspection activities for incoming materials according to client checklist and standards Plans, organizes and executes fabrication and erection works in accordance with project schedule and erection sequencing. Identifies material specification, inspection requirement and organize for stage inspection as required. Organizes material and equipment for upcoming jobs in advance. Prepare daily progress report and forward to planning department. Receive drawings and schedules bill of materials checked for correctness and completeness of the material.
