OK 76.18 Electrode Product Data Sheet

This document is a product data sheet for the OK 76.18 welding electrode from ESAB AB Sweden. It provides information on the electrode's classification, chemical composition, mechanical properties, economics and current data, and other welding and heat treatment conditions. The electrode is a basic DC type for welding creep resisting steels containing 1% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum, and is also suitable for root passes when welding with higher alloy fillers. Test results show the weld metal meets various international standards and has suitable mechanical properties, weldability, and creep rupture resistance at temperatures up to 550°C.
