1. Introduction
Installation of the Euro Air Fabric Ducting system is as simple as installing a shower curtain or wall curtain. The entire process is broken into 3 main parts which are :1) Part 1 - Hanger components installation 2) Part 2 - Mounting rails installation 3) Part 3 - Fabric ducting installation 4) Part 4 - Inlet installation to Steel ducting

2. Hanger component installation


Part / component required 1) Clamps / ceiling anchors 2) Threaded rod (M10) 3) C-channel 4) M8 bolt Install the all the hanger component as per diagram at the required height set for the fabric ducting The space between the hanger rod shall be 2,000mm apart.

3. Part 2 - Mounting rail installation


Euro Air mounting component supplied are as follows:

1) Flexrail (2m Length)

2) Flexrail connector

3) Flexrail Supporting unit

4. Part 3 - Fabric ducting installation


Euro Air mounting component supplied are as follows:

Feeder

Insert the fastrack feeder one end of the flexrail (feeder is used to help pulling easy) Slot both end of the fabric duct with the fastrack through the feeder Continuously feed the fabric duct through the rail until the end Connect the zippers joints if the fabric ducting is supplied in more than 1 sections.

5. Inlet installation to steel ducting


Euro Air mounting component supplied are as follows: Hose clamps (800mm or less) or Textile clamp

Hose clamp

Inlet fabric duct

Static regain damper (Optional)

1. Run the inlet of the fabric duct over the steel outlet 2. Using the clamp supplied to secure the fabric ducting over the steel ducting.
