periodically and when changing the working place, the permanent verification of well-condition and working state of the tools, devices and equipment. By working at height it is understand the activity performed at minimum 2 m measured
from workers foot until the reference natural base (the ground level) or any other artificial base from which the risk of falling exist. For the works execution at height some things have to taken into consideration: the preliminary technological organization of the works at height by the collective
insurance of all working conditions during the entire period of works development; the endowment with individual protection equipment according to the conditions
from the working place so that the safety of executor to be insured; the compulsory initiation, training and usage of collective and individual
endowments corresponding to the working place and respective works risks; Working at height is allowed only if the working place was improved and endowed from technical and organizational point of view. The access to and from the working place placed at height must be insured against falling of the workers, The workers must use the constructors and assembler safety belt, according to the present norms. The anchorage point must be chosen so that the fixing zone of the worker to be under the level of the anchorage place during the whole period of work. The safety belt must be checked before using it. For working at height it is compulsory the usage of crash helmet. Before starting the works, the worker has to check the integrity of the helmet, of the damping system and of the fixing belts. The works have to be developed only under surveillance; the person nominated for surveillance must check before starting the work if the all the necessary safety measures were insured. The inclined beams, plans and platforms used in materials handling must be resistant and provided with safe catching and fixing devices, any displacement during the works being forbidden. They will have a slope of maximum 20% and a width of minimum 1 m. They will be

provided with high balusters of 1 m with intermediate bonds and with lateral borders of 10-15 cm. The ascension ramps will have a slope of maximum 1:3 and at every 30-40 cm some
wood laths will be fixed on the whole width of the ramp. It is forbidden the blockage of the access ramp with building materials or any other objects. The ramps must be permanently maintained and cleaned. For using the scaffoldings, formworks and centrings there will be applied the previsions from the Specific Labor Security Norms for formwork, centrings and scaffoldings works. The quality of the wood materials must correspond to the project. The floorings made of steel are made from expanded or ribbed steel sheeting. The joints between the panels or the bordages of the floorings have maximum 10 cm width. On the floorings surface in the slope or in the curved part some wood laths will be fixed at a distance of 30-40 cm, against sliding. The fixing the flooring on the supports will be made such that the possibility of displacement or sliding to be excluded. The floorings will not be placed on cantilevers. The usage of installations, devices and tools for working at height is allowed only if the working instructions and the labor security are adapted to the site conditions. At the working place at height there must be lifted only materials which are absolutely necessary. The necessary tools for execution of different operations must be kept in special pockets or in sheaths fixed on the safety belt. The tools and the materials must be lifted gradually, according to the necessity, with a helping rope, being forbidden their throwing from the ground level to the working position or vice versa. At the elaboration of the site organization project, there must be envisaged a series of measures which would insure the labor safety: the enclosure of the site with definitive or inventory elements; the leveling of the ground before starting the works;

the enclosure of the dangerous areas on the site (places where montage works are
executed, the action radius of the cranes, the place where the scaffoldings are dismounted, the slaking pits etc.); the trenches or the channels with a depth larger than 1 m will be provided with
walkways for passengers having the minimum width of 0.7 m and with balustrades (on both sides) of 1 m height and wood boards of 15-18 cm; the enclosure of the holes, shafts, deep trenches, of the holes from the floors etc.; the insurance of rainwater removal through drainage trenches.
Measures taken for the labor security at the concreting works the operations of charging/discharging the materials and the equipment used for
concreting works will be made only in the places mentioned in the site organization or in the special authorized or established polygons; lifted; the cleaning, the maintaining and the repair of the concrete mixing are allowed the access of the workers under the concrete mixing bucket is forbidden when it is
only after the machine has stopped and has been disconnected from the power; the transport of concrete on the scaffoldings will be made on floorings of
minimum 1.2 m width, with balusters and borders on the edges; the wholes from the floorings through which the concrete is poured must be covered when concrete pouring works are not performed; when the concrete is transported on the vertical direction it is forbidden the
stopping of the workers under and in incidence of the lifting device; when discharging the concrete it is forbidden the workers ascension on the
concrete mixer; the concrete stuck on the bucket will be removed with shovels with long handles; the concrete pump will be placed towards the working place such that the
mechanic to have visibility to the concreting place; the pump or the pipe for the concrete transport is dismounted only after the
equipment stopped functioning; during the cleaning of the pipe the workers must move away at a

distance of 10 m from this place, and in the front of the evacuation hole is mounted an inclined shield; in case of the concrete pouring from a height greater than 1.5 m, the working
floorings must be enclosed with balusters and wood boards on the edges; when poring concrete on surfaces with a slope greater than 300 the concreters
must wear safety belts tied through ropes by the resisting elements of the construction; in case of pouring concrete with concrete buggy there will followed the
instructions for the use of these devices; before work starting, the technical condition of the concrete buggies and the devices and accessories, including the hanging device will be checked; it is forbidden for the workers to stay under the concrete bucket; in case of the blockage of the concrete buggy, this will be cleaned only when it is
placed on the ground and insured against turning over; the electrical equipment necessary for putting into service the compactors will be
made taking into consideration the technical labor security rules for electric equipment; the framework of the vibrator will be tied to the ground and the workers must
wear electric insulator boots and gloves; the electric wires which charge the vibrator with electricity must be flexible and insulated in rubber tube; it is forbidden the access of the people in the area close to the construction where
it is possible the concrete falling during the pouring; on cold time the walkways for people, the charging/discharging floorings, the
runways, the access ramps must be cleaned from ice or snow and dotted with sand or slag; in the case of steam heating there must taken some measures against workers accidents with steam or by touching the distribution pipes; the straightening of the reinforcement must be made in another place, enclosed
and marked with warning plates; the removal of the metallic dust and the rust resulted from the cutting and bending
reinforcement is made using brushes, brooms or air exhausters; it is forbidden the removal of this dust by hand or by mouth blowing out; the welding of the reinforcement and the steel frameworks is made taking into
