CONTRACT FOR OCCUPANTS I ______________________________ agree to the following rules and regulations being imposed by the owner of the

boarding house stipulated below:

1, The monthly .rate for a border is________________ for a non airconditioned room and ______________ for an aircon room. 2. A one month deposit and one month advance rent should be given upon agreement with the owner to be a bedspacer. 3. No electrical appliances, computers, laptop or other equipment that consumes electricity should not be allowed inside the room . Should there be any of the things mentioned it should be declared properly so that additional fee will be imposed for the electric consumption 4. All the boarders should be in the house before 10:00 pm. Should a boarder has an Emergency , the border should notify the owner of the reason why she cannot arrive on the specified time imposed. 5. Cooking is allowed provided LPG should be on the account of the border. 6. Visitors are allowed inside the house at the receiving area only but now allowed to sleep overnight or stay with the border for several days 7. Every room should have a four (4) occupants. If the borders wants to occupy the room by her self alone should pay the applicable rent of the whole room. 8. Drinking of liquor, used of illegal drugs is not allowed inside the house. 9. Should the border wishes to terminate his rent she should notify the owner accordingly 10.Deposit will be refunder to the border after deducting all the cost of damages made in the room being occupied, the corresponding rent if termination is different to the date of occupant or any corresponding electricity consumed during the period of stay.
