Note Requester Priority 1 does not feature in the grading. Jobs that require immediate response (emergencies) are, by default, priority "0" and therefore classified as "Unplanned". The above factors and grading only apply to "Planned" jobs routed to the planning function.

Locate the weight value "9" under the Weight column. Value 9 falls in the weight range 8-9. Read of the priority under the Priority column. Priority "2" must be assigned to the job.
