T hank you for your interest in Johnson & Wales University. We receive over 30,000 applications and welcome more than 5,000 new freshman and transfer students annually. In this application,
and by reviewing your transcripts, it is our goal to learn more about you and how your past accomplishments make you a good candidate for admission. Enrolling at Johnson & Wales not only
ensures a solid career education but also creates a link between you and industry, facilitating your successful employment after graduation. The real world experiences you will receive in and out of

Submit Early Enrollment Program application for admission.
Submit high school transcripts. The university awards merit scholarships based on academic achievement, participation in clubs and organizations, and work experience. It is critical that transcripts be
forwarded to the university immediately to ensure maximum merit scholarship awards.
Submit Early Enrollment Program Agreement Form. The agreement form is included in this application packet.

For this program of study, you must first enroll in one of the other Hospitality College bachelor’s
selective program. degree programs for a minimum of two terms before you are eligible to apply for the International
Hotel & Tourism Management program. Choose from Hotel & Lodging Management; Restaurant, Food
& Beverage Management; Sports/Entertainment/Event Management; or Travel, Tourism & Hospitality
Management and check one above.

3. The student is subject to all rules and regulations of the university that bind all full-time 7. The student must submit a final official high school transcript prior to entering
students, including class attendance, class schedules, payment of fees, etc. his/her sophomore year at Johnson & Wales.
4. Students must be interviewed at the university in the company of at least one parent or 8. The student will be unable to participate in class scheduling on the Web until all high

schedule a meeting with an academic advisor to review how the decision to change
his/her major could impact his/her graduation date.

We agree that the selected JWU course equivalents meet our high school graduation requirements. Upon successful completion of the above courses, the high school will issue
the high school diploma to the student. Any information relative to course selection submitted after this has been signed and received may impact the student’s enrollment
