Changes this month Wednesdays 5:30pm-Step & Core will replace Turbo Kick Fridays-Group Cycling will now begin at 5:30pm Aqua Zumba on Fridays at 5:45pm will be cancelled until further notice QiGong 3 week Saturday class: Starts 5/11 INTRO TO CYCLE Beginner's Group Cycle Class: 5:30-6pm, Thursday evenings 4 week session: 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30

We welcome kids over the age of 7 in any class noted with a . Children must be with a parent and actively participating in the class. All other classes are open to particpants 13 and older. Please observe this policy for the safety of your children and out of respect for other class participants.

Monday 5/27 The YMCA will close early in observance of Memorial Day. All evening classes will be cancelled.
