Non Rotating Casing Scraper
with Stabilizer
Features / Description
The Non Rotating Scraper is used to remove mud or cement sheath, perforation burs, rust, mill scale, parafin an similar substances from the casing ID. It is the simplest and most rugged availabe scraper of this type. The Scraper can also be run immediately above the bit while drilling out plugs. The Scraper will not rotate when the the drillstring is rotated! This eliminates risk of damaging or wearing casing when rotating drillstring.

E.D. Non Rotating Casing Brush

Features / Description
The Non Rotating Brush is designed to remove scale, rust, mud residue and any other particles of debris that might be brushed from the Casing ID. The Tool can be run itself or as an integral component of the E.D. Clean up Tools. The E.D. Brush Tool features self-centering, nonrational stabilizers to keep the non rotating brush sleeve centered in the hole. The Brush will not rotate when the the drillstring is rotated!

The Standard Brush is used to brush and clean the casing ID. The Brush Tool complete the cleaning process and can be run simultaneously. Plenty of room for bypassing cuttings is still available with both the Scraper and the Brush. Spring mounted brushes provide 360 contact with the casing ID Material options on brushes are available.

E.D. Magnet Tool

Features / Description
The E.D. Magnet Tool is high temperature resistant and creates a magnetic field designed to optimize the capture of ferrous particles. The Tool can be used in applications such as packer milling, window milling or during clean out runs. The Tool can be run itself or as an integral component of the E.D. Clean up Tools. The magnets of the tool are very strong and can affect the operation of computer, watches and pacemakers.

E.D. Boot Basket

The Boot Basket is used to collect debris that is too large to be carried out or the hole by nirmal circulation. The design of the Boot Basket traps junk by producing a sudden decrease in annular velocity when the cuttings pass the larger OD of the boot reaching the smaller OD of tjhe body and top connection. The Tool can be run itself or as an integral component of the E.D. Clean up Tools.
