Sales Associate
Available Positions: 4

Sales Associates establish and maintain channels of communications with businesses in the Hamilton area. They frequently attend networking sessions to promote AIESECs brand in the local business community. We are looking for motivated students who want to develop their ability to communicate with professionals of all fields.
Responsibilities

Developing business leads through calls and organized networking Meeting with business clients and alumni to promote the Global Internship Program Negotiating internship contracts between AIESEC and prospective employers

Expected Learning Experience

Familiarity with local and regional job climate, as well as employer preferences Ability to effectively communicate with professionals of any sector Experience with creating and delivering effective business pitches Establishing a personal network for future opportunities

Director of Marketing
Available Positions: 1

The Director of Marketing works with the Vice President to devise sales strategies to be implemented by the sales team. They will lead and track sales managers in calling and networking with local businesses. We are looking for committed students who are capable of motivating their team members for optimal performance. Previous marketing and team management experiences are an asset.
Responsibilities

Global Resource Manager

Global Resource Managers examine AIESECs international talent pool to determine suitable candidates to work in Canada through the Global Internship Program. They will support the sales team in connecting local businesses with valuable international talent. They will also receive sales training and function as an auxiliary sales team. We are looking for motivated students who enjoy building professional and personal relationships.
Responsibilities

Screening AIESECs database to provide sales teams with sample resumes Accompanying sales teams to meet with potential clients Conducting online interviews with international students to determine their suitability for an internship Bringing-in and servicing interns from abroad

Project Development Manager


Available Positions: 1

The Project Development Manager oversees initiatives to establish AIESEC McMasters corporate brand. They will work closely with members of the Communications and Alumni Relations portfolios to plan and facilitate events with the goal of closing the gap between businesses and students. We are looking committed students with strong leadership skills, and are able to work independently. Previous experiences with event organization are an asset.

Plan workshops and networking events alongside the Executive Board and other portfolios Attend networking sessions and marketing meetings to find event partners Select venues, invite special guests, and reach out to potential attendants Establish and maintain a connection with AIESEC alumni and members of committees in other universities

Exchange Associate
Available Positions: 4

Exchange Associates promote AIESECs exchange experience to McMasters student body. They assist candidates with the application process and determine the most suitable location and work program. Servicing the exchange participate, before going abroad and after returning, is also an important duty of an exchange associate. We are looking for dedicated students who are interested in establishing personal connections. Communication skills and promotional skills are an asset.
Responsibilities

Promoting the Global Community Development Program and Global Internship Program through classroom presentations and information booths Interviewing potential exchange participants to determine suitability Training new members and exchange participants on the exchange process Presenting at outgoing preparation seminars on topics such as culture shock, visa requirements, and the crisis management while abroad Managing an exchange participants traineeship search, travel preparations, and experience abroad

Communication Agent
Available Positions: 4

Communication Agents build and maintain AIESECs brand in the business community and on campus. They are part of a team that focuses on creation and implementation of an all year communication plan that involves media activity, public relations, strategic advertising, and recruitment. Members will be responsible for maintaining a strong internal communications channel through regular updates and newsletters. We are looking for motivated students who want to apply their creativity to a professional environment.
Responsibilities

Maintaining a presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Writing weekly newsletters for internal communications Design and implement promotional campaigns for AIESEC events Attend networking and philanthropic events in the Hamilton business community Establishing and maintaining relationships with media sources

Member Coordinators work as a team to ensure the development of AIESEC McMasters members. Their operations include goal setting and career planning with members to ensure a maximized learning and working experience. They also organize and execute recruitment initiatives to fill talent shortages within the committee. We are looking for students who want to learn and apply human resource skills, project and people management skills, and cultural understanding strategies.
Responsibilities

Creating a recruitment strategy that includes the selection and induction of new members Planning and developing content for events and member assemblies Assisting members with their developmental needs and career goals Track member progress and engagement

Sponsorship Manager
Available Positions: 1

The sponsorship manager acquires sponsors to fund AIESEC members to attend conferences and develop professional skills. They will work closely with the Vice President and other members in the finance portfolio to discuss investment decisions and supervise their execution. We are looking for students who want to establish their own presence on McMasters campus and in Hamiltons business community. Previous sales experience is an asset.
Responsibilities

Establish connections and meet with faculty heads and administrators Keep the portfolio updated on discussions regarding sponsorship and funding Create and execute marketing plans Draft grant and sponsorship proposals for prospective clients

Director of Accounting
Available Positions: 1

The Director of Accounting works with the Vice President to track AIESEC McMasters finances. They will perform bookkeeping duties and prepare financial statements to help with the administration of the AIESEC office. We are looking for students who want practical accounting experience within an active business. A minimum of 1 completed accounting class is required for this position.

Maintaining the committees financial records, including all sources of revenue and expenses Compiling and presenting monthly financial statements Preparing budget reviews for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors Preparing quarterly submissions in compliance with AIESECs minimum standards

Alumni Relations Associate


Available Positions: 2

Alumni Relations Associates establish channels of communications with past members of AIESEC. They promote AIESECs vision of maintaining life-long relationships with past members and reintegrating them into the committees function. Associates will service alumni and, in exchange, receive the alumnis professional guidance and advice. We are looking for outgoing students who want to build their own professional network.
Responsibilities

Develop business leads through alumni for use in promoting the Global Internship Program Organize events to reengage alumni in AIESECs culture Seek out business professionals for planning and operational guidance Build and maintain a database of local alumni
