latest version Review all documenation If version requires new security license files, obtain new licenses from Gerber If using Toolkit or CSV, identify automation points Determine operating system and hardware requirements for pcs If using SQL, determine operating system and hardware requirements for server Establish upgrade date If the install will be performed by your inhouse IT department, notify IT of upgrade request Prepare validation test plan for software functionality and automation points Run checkfiles on AccuMark file storage areas, and Check SQL on SQL storage areas Prepare a copy of the latest AccuMark database If necessary, setup new server Install latest Microsoft upgrades to OS and SQL If AccuMark V7 is on the system, use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall V7. Run the Check System Requirements function from the install CD Install AccuMark software on test system Install any other applications from AccuMark Family If necessary, install new license files. Ensure pc clocks are correct BEFORE installing the license files
