Eligibility Criteria, Test Pattern and Marking Scheme: Eligibility:

Students of class 6th to 11th are eligible for the test. The test will be conducted in three separate phases. Phase 1: For class 10th & 11th on 4th November 2012 Phase 2: For class 10th & 11th on 9th December 2012 Phase 3: For class 6th to 11th on 6th January 2013 Phase 1 and 2 are only for classes 10th and 11th.

Test Pattern:
s will be one test paper of 3 hour duration with following sections: There For class 6th to 10th: x - SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) having Section A [45 Questions of Science + 30 Questions of Maths] x - MAT (Mental Aptitude Test) with GK & Current Affairs Section B [45 Questions of Mental Ability + 15 Questions of GK/ Current Affairs] For class 11th [Student has to opt one subject from Bio / Maths]: x -SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) having Section A [25 Questions Each of Physics/Chemistry/ Maths or Biology] x - MAT (Mental Aptitude Test) with GK & Current Affairs Section B [45 Questions of Mental Ability + 15 Questions of GK/ Current Affairs] s paper will be of the level of current class. Test s Maximum marks will be 405 with +3 for each correct answer and -1 for each wrong answer. x SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) having [Maximum Marks: 225] x - MAT (Mental Aptitude Test) with GK & Current Affairs Section B [Maximum Marks: 180]

The students have to secure good marks in board along with the JEE (Main) to fulfill the criteria of taking JEE (Advanced). The ranking for IITs will solely depend upon the performance in JEE (Advanced). Under this scenario it is advised that whatever be your aim whether IIT or NIT you should analyze your strength and weakness and must focus on JEE (Main). Scholarship Test for Admission & Reward

The final q discretion of the award of cash scholarship, fee waiver & achievement awards in each case will remain with Career

Cash Scholarship, Fee Waivers & Achievement awards will be decided on the basis of performance and subject to scoring q above minimum cut off marks in each subject. There will be three cut-offs for each phase which will be declared at the time of declaration of the result. The minimum subject cut off, cut off for eligibility of cash prize and cut off for eligibility of scholarship. In case q if two or more than two students attain same rank and marks then:

class 11 student: The ranking will be decided on the basis of the weight-age in order of Maths/Biology, Physics and Chemistry Marks and if they are also same then the younger student will be given preference else a tie-breaker activity will decide the rank or cash prize may also be divided equally among the two students as per the discretion of the management committee.

Career q Point's existing students may also participate in this activity to win cash prize as per the details given above but they will not be entitled for study support scholarships. The study support scholarship shall be applicable as per the institute's norms based on performance in last session attended. The same shall be defined in promotion policy as per the set norms. To get q cash scholarship one has to enroll in any one of the Year long Classroom program proposed by Career Point for the new academic session.
