Vartanian Architect & Engineer Consultants is a well- known establishment in Dubai, U.A.E. The goal in mind is to provide the local and international market customers with the highest capable service that there is to offer. The late owner, Eng. Gharib Vartanian, founded Vartanian Architect & Engineer Consultants in 1968. Eng. Gharib Vartanian participated in the creation of all types of architectural developments in U.A.E. Today the company is being run by the family. The Managing Director is A/E Raffiy Vartanian, the son of the late Eng. Gharib Vartanian. A/E Raffiy Vartanian is a member of the AISCE (American International Society of Chartered Engineers). The Business Development Manager is A/E Marina Vartanian & The Senior Interior Designer is Mary Vartanian, the daughters of the late Eng. Gharib Vartanian. The successors all continue with equal dedication in this new decade as the late Eng. Gharib Vartanian. Below: Eng. Vartanian Architect & Engineering Consultants has technical personnel at every level of operations from Architectural Engineers, Project Managers, Interior Architects, Structural Engineers, to Civil Engineers. Vartanian Architect & Engineering Consultants is able to handle any projects internationally. The main office is located in Dubai, U.A.E with personnel in Paris, France to cover all of Europes operations. The office has fully computerized itself except for some areas where manual work is still carried out such as model making and perspectives. In regards to policy matter, we participate in selected exhibitions in the U.A.E. On regular bases the management attends Prestigious Domestic and International exhibitions in Europe to keep up with technical, design and material updates. Such as Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan-Italy & MIPIM in Cannes-France. Vartanian Architect & Engineering Consultants has the ability to handle all types of projects and in certain specialized projects we are supported by various international consulting offices such as Weidleplan Consulting GmbH Germany, Klockner & Co. Germany, Giorgio Parise Architetto Italy, Studio Longanizzi Architect & Interior Design Italy, Pierre Cardin Design France, INDG Digitale Communicatie Holland and Sunday & Yale Furniture Italy/Indonesia.
