You will be reimbursed II class to and fro train fare by the shortest route from the place mentioned in your correspondence address subject to production of Railway ticket / receipt. GEN / OBC CANDIDATES WHO HAVE SECURED FIRST CLASS AND SC / ST / PWD CANDIDATES WHO HAVE PASSED IN THE DISCIPLINES INDICATED IN OUR ADVERTISEMENT PUBLISHED ON 25.04.2012 ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THE VIVA. THIS INTERVIEW CALL LETTER ALONGWITH DULY SIGNED PHOTOGRAPH AFFIXED ON IT IS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW WITHOUT WHICH YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE VIVA. Please bring the following certificates in ORIGINAL for verification and a photocopy of each for our records: 1. Documents in support of your educational qualification (i.e. marks statements (all semesters / years) and BE / B.Tech / MSW / MBA in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations Degree Certificate). 2. Date of Birth certificate (SSLC/SSC). 3. Please note that you have been considered under the relevant category, based on your declaration. You are required to produce the requisite Caste / Community / Disability certificate in the prescribed format, issued by the Competent Authority, failing which, your candidature will be cancelled. 4. No Objection Certificate from your present employer (if you are employed in Govt./ Quasi Govt./Public Sector Undertakings). 5. Any other certificates / testimonials you may desire to place before the interview committee. Please note that if you fail to produce any of the above certificates, you will not be allowed to attend the interview and TA will not be reimbursed to you. You may also note that you have the option of answering the questions in HINDI during the interview. BEL reserves the right to debar you at any stage of the interview proceedings, if your candidature is considered not suitable for any reason. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
