University/College Teams (Men and Women are separate teams) $175.00 per College Team All unattached athletes will be charged $10.00 each. High School (Boys and Girls are separate teams) $125.00 High School Teams with 20 or fewer entries $150.00 High School Teams with 21 35 entries $175.00 High School Teams with 36 50 entries $200.00 High School Teams with 51 or more entries $25.00 per person for teams with less than 5 people Middle School (Boys and Girls are separate teams) $75.00 per Middle School Team Receipt of payment will be e-mailed to schools as the payments are received. Entries and race assignments will be posted on the MSU Cross Country webpage, www.MSUSpartans.com on Sunday, September 9th. *** Coaches will have the opportunity to correct any mistakes from 8am-8pm on Monday, September 10th. After 8pm on Monday September 10th, ALL ENTRIES ARE FINAL!! *** High school teams may enter only 1 varsity team, no exceptions. *** Please enter the entire team in your selected varsity division. Your team can then run any 7 athletes in the varsity race with the remaining competing in the J.V. race. *** Late entry fee is $75.00 per gender; contact meet director for late entry procedure. H.S. Races: We will be contesting races in 4 different divisions. The Spartan Elite races will be comprised of the top teams from the 2011 MHSAA State meet, teams currently ranked highly by MITCA, and by request. The Green races will include Division 1 & 2 teams, Bronze races Division 2 & 3 teams, and White races will be comprised of Division 3 & 4 schools. Please register for a race your team matches and request a change from the meet director if you feel it is warranted. Meet management intends to contest 4 competitive and fair races.

Final Race Assignments will be posted by 5 pm on Tuesday, September 11 on the MSU Cross Country Webpage at www.MSUSpartans.com Participation Maximums: University/College: Unlimited Participants High School: 7 runners per race High School Junior Varsity: Unlimited Participants Middle School: Unlimited Participants Gault Race Management disposable (B-Tag) timing chips A limited amount of MSU Spartan Invite Commemorative gear will be available! MSU Cross Country is hosting the 2012 Big Ten Championship on Sunday, October 28. Official Big Ten Meet Shirts will be available for purchase. High School - Varsity and middle school races will have official awards ceremonies Varsity Races: Top 3 teams and 30 individuals will receive awards. The fastest male/female of the day will receive an Elite Individual Award JV Races: Top 50 individuals will receive awards Middle School - Top 2 teams and 50 individuals in each race will receive awards. Adult - $7.00 Students - $5.00 (with valid student ID) Children 8 and under - $3.00 Available meet day starting at 10:30 a.m.

High School and Middle School teams not arriving by an official school bus and or having team gear dropped off and picked up at Forest Akers East must request Drop-off passes by Tuesday, September 11. Race Results: Results will be posted at the awards area after each race. Coaches can acquire race results at the finish line with the results coupon in their packets. Results will also be posted after each race at www.playmakers.com and at the conclusion of the meet on www.MSUSpartans.com.
