September 5th: Tai Chi Form Clinic Begins 7pm, sign up at the front desk, free for members. $65 for non-members
September 8th: Contra at the Y, Famliy Dance form 6-7:30pm, beginners lesson from 7:30-8pm, Dance from 8pm-10pm. Donations at the door.

Children's Activities: Kids Only Yoga Class - Class specifically designed for kids ages 3- 8 years old. Sign up at the front desk or call Thursday mornings to reserve your space! Breakthrough - dance series- ages 6-15 years old will learn elements of breakdancing. Free - sign up at the front desk for 5 class series. Classes on Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm in Studio. Family Yoga Classes: Tuesdays @ 4 pm. Enjoy a family-based yoga class. Children 5 and up are welcome!
