Rubric Sports

This rubric is for evaluating physics posters about the physics of sports. It evaluates students on correctly explaining concepts like inertia, friction, and Newton's Second Law in the context of their chosen sport. It also evaluates the quality of connections made to concepts like momentum and projectiles, effective use of class time, an informative title, relevant graphics and diagrams with captions, and citations for borrowed materials. The rubric provides descriptors to assess posters at a basic, proficient, or exemplary level on each of these criteria.
