Sub: Bus fees waiver reg. Normally we, the faculty members used to pay the bus fee in two installments (each semester one installment) with concession. Last year the Bus manager asked us to pay the fees in one slot. It becomes burden to faculty members financially. This year they have raised the bus fees for about Rs.4000 with no concession and asked us to pay in one slot. This is almost around 60% of our one month salary. For non-teaching faculties the bus fee is about two month salary.

Requirements : 1. We are in need of 50% bus fee waiver. 2. We humbly request the management that we faculty members are paying the bus fee in two installments. 3. Else the management can auto debit the bus fees from the monthly salary on EMI basis.
