Summer Classes 2012

The LaVerne Meier School of Dance summer class schedule provides classes from July 16-19. Two-class sessions are $15 each and students may take as many applicable sessions as desired. Parents must circle the classes their child will take and return the form by July 6 along with payment, which is due on the first day of class. The studio looks forward to seeing students for the summer sessions.

Dear Parents, Below you will find the 2012 summer class schedule. Classes will be held July 16-19. Two-class sessions are $15. Your child may take as many applicable sessions as you choose. Please circle or highlight on the chart below to indicate which classes your child is registering for. This form is due by mail or drop-off to the studio by Friday, July 6. Payment for all classes is due on the first day your child attends. Late payment will not be accepted. Please plan to visit the front desk on your childs first day of class to settle payment and sign a waiver. Please contact the studio if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you!
