SASC Passes Bill With Similar Wording to HASC
The Senate Armed Services Committee has unanimously passed legislation very similar to that passed earlier by the House, which would give the Pittsburgh Air Force a reprieve through the end of 2013. It now must pass in the full Senate and the White House before becoming the law. This bill is not final yet so we cannot claim victory or let our guard down.
