What is ethos ? The set of beliefs, ideas, etc. about social behavior and relationship of a person or group. - Cambridge Advanced Learners Dictionary The moral ideas and attitudes that belong to a particular group or society. - Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary The Indian Ethos is the outcome of the Hindu way of life. Indian ethos means application of principles of managing an organization revealed in our ancient wisdom described in Gita and Upanishads.
