Please make sure to bring the following items if you are participating on site activities: Duct Tape Masking Tape Extension Cords Snacks for students Power Strips Pens / Pencils Sharpies Scissors Computers (for robotics, video, animation, digital photography (optional), website design) Any display materials for display based events Robot & spare parts

7:30 8:00 8:30 Set-up of Check in booth & Bridge Design Bridge Design Event starts *** Please make sure that students are aware of the time it starts! *** Check in booth will open - Teachers please make sure to check in! - This is also where ALL displays need to be checked in. Students for robotics events may start to show up for practice time Official practice time for robotics teams start. All displays should be checked in at this time. Animation Challenge judging starts MS Robotics Coach meeting ** Mandatory *** HS Robotics begins MS Robotics Challenge 1st round starts Video challenge judging starts (MS then HS level) MS Robotics Challenge 2nd round starts CO2 Dragster Challenge starts Website Design Challenge judging starts (MS then HS level) MS Robotics Challenge 3rd round starts Bridge Design Challenge Testing should be occurring at this time All events are complete Awards Ceremony begins- Media Center Award Ceremony ends Clean up

***All displays will be judged intermittently between other events *** The cafeteria should be open for a time during the event, again please make sure to bring some snacks!
