Introduction
Venture capitalist play a vital role in providing finance to entrepreneurs as the duration of allotment of funds is less compared to other institutional funding. Apart from funding venture capitalist also provide advisory services which will be very helpful for entrepreneurs.

Statement of problem
To conduct a study on the venture capital companies.

Objectives of study
y y The objective of the research is to study the status of venture capital industry in India. To study the problems faced by venture capital financing firms in lending funds, study the opinion of funded companies regarding the services provided by venture capital companies. y To study venture capital finance in global level.

Sample Size The study is being conducted by considering about 4 venture capital companies..
