I, ________________________________ (Tenant) have returned the keys and possession of the premises to the Mr Donatus Justin (Landlord). I understand I shall no longer have access to my former residence as of the termination of the Tenancy Agreement on __________________. I understand that : 1. The Rental Depostit shall be returned to the Tenant free of interest within twenty (20) days upon expiry of the term hereby created less any sums as may then be due to the Landlord for damage caused to the Demised Premises by the Tenant (damage to normal wear and tear excepted); and 2. The Utility Deposits shall be refunded free of interest to the Tenant upon the determination of the term hereby created less such sums as may be due and outstanding.
