Sir, In capacity of being a citizen of India within the meaning of Section 3 of The Right to Information Act, 2005, following information is sought under The Right to Information Act, 2005 regarding Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang, Deputy Manager (Procurement)-cumOfficiating Manager (Milk Procurement), Verka Milk Plant, Ludhiana. This information is required from the date of his appointment as a Government Employee to till date. 1. 2. Copy of the resume of Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang alongwith detail of his qualification, experience and other documents attached with his application. Copy of the qualification added by Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang during the service of Milkfed, such as Diploma/Degree etc. along-with copy of the orders regarding his promotion to post of Deputy Manager (Procurement) and Officiating Manager (Milk Procurement). Copy of the complete set of Staffing Pattern under which the post of Deputy Manager (Procurement) and Manager (Milk Procurement) filed by Head Office. Copy of all complaints received till date against Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang & copy of the complete files in reference to complaints. Please provide the posting records/ details of Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang of from the date of his joining the duty as a Government Employee to till date. Are any inquiries/ disciplinary proceeding pending against Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang? If yes, then how many and status of the inquiries. Please furnish the list of assets (Moveable & Immovable) of Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang as available on records. Has any inquiry/ disciplinary proceedings culminated against Sh. Jaswant Singh Kang. If yes, then how many; Please provide the copies of the same.
