Sederhana tapi nikmat dan penuh gizi. kata itulah yang bisa menggambakan
menu yang satu ini, jadi jangan ragu untuk mencobanya

bahan-bahan :
1 kotak tempe potong kotak atau memanjang
udang rebon
1 siung bawang bombay/ bwg merah iris-iris
2 siung bawang putih iris-iris
1 cabe merah iris-iris
2 cabe hijau iris-iris
1/2 jari lengkuas digeprak
1 lembar daun salam
garam
saus tiram
sedikit kecap

Cara Membuat :
- tumis bawang sampe harum.tambahkan rebon, cabe, lengkuas, dan daun
salam. tambahkan air, setalh mendidih masukkan tempe.

- masak sampe air menyusut





Biji jali biasa diolah menjadi bubur atau campuran nasi. Biji yang bundar dan
kenyal ini ternyata tak hanya kaya serat tetapi juga sarat nutrisi lainnya. Setelah
direbus biji jali ternyata enak dibuat es dengan tambahan kelengkeng yang
renyah legit. Segar dan bernutrisi untuk berbuka nanti!



ahan:
100 g biji jali
100 g gula pasir
1 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong
1 kaleng kelengkeng, tiriskan
es batu secukupnya, memarkan

Cara membuat:
* Cuci bersih biji jali lalu rendam dalam air dingin selama 3 jam. Tiriskan.
* Rebus biji jali dengan air secukupnya hingga biji jali lunak.
* Tambahkan gula dan daun pandan. Masak hingga gula larut dan airnya
berkurang.
* Angakt jali dan dinginkan. Jika ingin disimpan, taruh dalam wadah tertutup
dan simpan dalam lemari es.
* Penyajian: Taruh 2 sdm jali rebus berikut kuahnya ke dalam gelas saji.
* Beri kelengkeng, sedikit air dan es batu.
* Sajikan dingin.
