PRINTING A DOCUMENT
To print a file :
1.Choose File  print. The print dialogue box appears like

2.Click on the printer name, then a drop down appears

requirement. Then the following figures will appear

ANOTHER METHOD TO SELECT
PRINTER
1.By using control panel we can set the Printer as a
default printer.
2.The printer which selected shown with a dark ticked
circle this is also called default printer

3.We can change the default printer by right clicking
on the required model of printer. It shows the following

printer will be considered as a default printer as
