Contract for Services Rendered

This is a contract entered into by Shift Creative LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) and __________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the Client) on this date, _______________________. The Providers place of business is 125 MLK Jr. Blvd Savannah, GA 31401 and the Clients place of business is _________________________________. The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein under Scope and Manner of Services. The Provider hereby agrees to provide the Client with such services in exchange for consideration described herein under Payment for Services Rendered.

Scope and Manner of Services - Services To Be Rendered By Provider: Sales and Instillation of all products listed and described in Estimate #1028. Payment for Services Rendered - The Client shall pay the Provider for services rendered according to the Payment Schedule, within 15 calendar days of the date on any invoice for services rendered from the Provider. Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within 15 calendar days of the invoices date, a late fee equal to $30.00 shall be added to the amount due and interest of 3% percent per annum shall accrue from the 20th calendar day following the invoices date. Payment Schedule - Shift Creative prides itself in being a debt free company. We do this by working with our vendors in a cash only manner. We have made the decision to operate this way so that we do not run the risk of closing our doors due to debt. As such we require a 65% deposit from our clients on all orders for the purpose of ordering equipment. Upon completion of the job we will bill out the remainder of the invoice for payment. This keeps Shift Creative as a solvent LLC in Savannah and allows us to bring the best rates possible. Applicable Law - This contract shall be governed by the laws of the County of Chatham in the State of Georgia and any applicable Federal law.
