Developing the business case to convince business unit stakeholders to adopt new
work practices and technologies.
Working with business and technical teams to evaluate and select technical
solutions.
Serve as subject matter expert.
Monitoring and analyzing end user satisIaction with IT solutions and services.
Skills required

strategic thinking and tactical implementation.

Education
