Under the Chinese Legal Next of Kin Fiduciary Control Laws of 1944 as re-
enacted 2001 and the Chinese Funds Ownership Entitlement Laws section 23-
47,VolIV, the Hong Kong High Court, High Registrar’s Division this Day the 1st
in the month of November and year 2006, under the Special Hand of the
Commissioner of Oaths issue this Royal High Court Certification of Oath
Clearance.

This issuance comes after thorough and exhaustive verification of the Probate
Documentation/ Funds Ownership Rights Claims as tendered by a duly
registered Legal Firm Lee Lehman & Associates on 11,500.000.00( Eleven Million,
Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars Only) currently under the
custody of the Hang Seng Bank of China. The ascertained funds owner Kay Clark has
been legally cleared of any/all legal ratification by the High Court Hong Kong, China.

The management of the Hang Seng Bank of China is to note and take this official clarification
declaration legal and certified under the special Commissioner of Oaths
