1ST YEAR (201112) ADVT. NO. 02/ACAD/2011 Applications, on prescribed format, from eligible & interested candidates are invited for filling up of vacant/ leftover seats for admission to B.Tech. 1st year in various disciplines of Engineering for the session 2011-12. The admission against vacant/ leftover seats shall be made on the basis of AIEEE-2011 All India Rank merit on the pattern of 3rd online counseling conducted by HSCS by considering reservations. Application form & counseling schedule can be downloaded from the University website www.ymcaust.ac.in. The candidates are required to deposit duly filled application forms in the University establishment office up to 4 PM on 17-08-2011 along with all documents mentioned by HSCS and the processing fees of Rs. 1000/- in the form of Demand Draft (Non refundable) in favor of Registrar YMCA US&T Faridabad payable at Faridabad. The admitted candidate will be required to deposit a fee of Rs. 35582/- through a demand draft in favor of Registrar YMCA US&T. The students already admitted in this University need not submit documents but DD for Rs. 1000/- is required to be attached. The candidate must report for counseling in person along with all original documents, original certificate of medical fitness, 1 set of attested photo copies of all the documents including proof of category, gap year certificate & affidavit if any as per HSCS guidelines.
