INFOSYS Infosys Technologies is a leading software company in India, which has been voted as the best employer in the

country in many HR surveys in the recent years. The company is well known for its employee friendly HR practices. It has one of toughest selection process and has attracted the best talent from across the world. All the candidates who are recruited have to go through 14 weeks training program. Infosys was one of the first companies to offer ESOPs to its employees. The company followed variable compensation structure where the employees' compensation depended on the performance of individual, the team and the company.
