Infection (prostatitis) symptoms and signs: 1. Trouble passing urine or pain when passing urine 2.

A burning or stinging feeling when passing urine 3. Strong, frequent urge to pass urine, even when there is only a small amount of urine 4. Chills and high fever 5. Low back pain or body aches 6.
