Source of Noise

The document discusses sources of noise from students in class and how teachers can minimize it. Sources of noise from students include physical, mental, emotional issues and negative attitudes. Teachers should give advice, be open-minded, create a fun atmosphere, deliver material interestingly, use rewards and punishments, and be good role models. They should also improve their own language skills, speak loudly and clearly, learn classroom management, vary class locations and times, control lighting, provide air conditioning and fans, and use appropriate media. Noise can also come from the teaching environment if it is dirty, crowded, poorly lit, too hot or cold, uses inappropriate media, or has poor ventilation.
