4. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Over 5 years plus professional inspection experience in the petroleum refining,

petroleum gas, chemical process and electrical power generation industries.
Extensive experience performing API 510 inspections on pressure vessels, boiler,
furnace, reactor, tank, piping, welding and structural, including data reports, re-rates,
hydrostatic test, pneumatic test, PQR's, WPS's, welder qualification, NDE (ultrasonic,
magnetic particle, dye penetrant, holiday testing, hardness testing, vacuum box
testing, and etc), fabrication, installation and repairs as per relevant code and standard
(ASME, API, AWS or PTS).

Other inspection experience includes vendor surveillance, plant corrosion survey, RBI
inspections, smallbore inspection program, piping corrosion survey and etc which
along with being computer literate- report writing, report reviewing and data input.
Also, familiar with plant shutdown, preparation/planner plant turnaround and plant
maintenance. Involved in repair activity with approved procedure.
