• Manager
Someone who coordinates and oversees the work of
other people so that organizational goals can be
accomplished.

employees.

• Top Managers
Individuals who are responsible for making
organization-wide decisions and establishing plans
and goals that affect the entire organization.

– is the ability to make the best use of available resources in
the process of achieving goals. Efficiency is the ration of
inputs used to achieve some level of outputs.

– is the ability to choose appropriate goals and to achieve
those goals.
