1. Close your internet connection.(MUST BE DONE SO UNPLUG THE CORD!)
2. Move the paull.dll to "OfflineActivation" folder in the installation
directory.
3. Run OfflineActivation.exe in the "OfflineActivation" folder.

and click "Activate".

change the date in you computer to anything later than 3rd December.
5) Run LaunchGTAIV.exe.
