Allowed and JV agreement should be on Rs 100 stamp paper and duly attested
by notary public ( Sierra should act as Lead partner and Haigreeva as
other partner) Bid should be submitted in the name of "SIERRA -
HAIGREEVA INFRA JV"
ED exemption on certain items As per 108/95-CE dated 28.08.1995 and as per
84/97-Cus dated 11.11.97

Average annual Construction Turnover: The lead partner should have


minimum Rs 9.88 Crores and the othefr partner should have minimum Rs 6.59
Crores.
Avaliable Working Capital: The lead partner should have minimum Rs 2.68
Crores and the other partner should have minimum Rs 1.44 Crores. Net worth
: Should be positive

1. The Bidder as hole or as a JV partner should have minimum 5 years


experience in the relevent field.
2.The Bidder as hole including its JV partner must have completeed a similar
nature of work ( Sewerage work) in last 5 years for an amount equal to Rs 9.88
crores. 3.The bidder
should submit relevant work orders/work completion certificates and
satisfactory performance certificates along with bid.
