Roles and Responsibilities in PPC
• Preparation and editing of stock statement.
• Daily job report of shop floor to Management.
• Authorize to sign Manufacturing Advises.
• Independent handling of PPC related activities.
• Prepare production plan against availability of materials.
• Reconciliation of stock with accounting audit.
• Coordination with marking dept. of demand of our products.
• Collect the data of Physical Stock.
• Preparation materials planning (which is coming in time or late).
• Summary of total material demand & Preparation of IRS (imported requisition
slip).
• Preparation M.A. (manufacturing advice).
• Collect rejection data (M.A.wise).
• Collect product transfer report to FG store M.A. wise.
• Collect test report data from Lab.
• Preparation sales data, M.A. wise after completion of order.

• Preparation of stock data weekly basis.
• Depth knowledge of ETO Sterilizer maintenance.
• Independently handling ETO Sterilizer.
• Preparation and editing of stock statement.
• Daily job wise report of shop floor to Management.
• Independent handling of dispatch related activities.
• Maintenance of material codification according to package requirements &
product wise data.
• Maintain stock ledger of Finish Goods.
• Issuing stocks according to FIFO method.
• Stock editing according to drug & commercial audit.
• Daily stock maintain in Manual System.
• Reconciliation of stock with accounting audit.

• Matriculation Passed from U.P. Board (Allahabad) in 1995.
• Intermediate Passed from U.P. Board (Allahabad) in 1997.
• B.Sc. passed from Meerut University in 2000.

• 3 Year Production Engg. Diploma.
