Animating Using Inventor Studio: Animation of A Simple Assembly
Animating Using Inventor Studio: Animation of A Simple Assembly
PART I
By Neha Gidwani
The objective of this tutorial is to make animations using Autodesk Inventor Studio.
The assembly consists of a base and two boxes, which are made to translate along the
global X and Y-axis. The red box will be referred to as Box1 and the blue one will be
referred to as Box2.
The timeline shows the time elapsed corresponding to the action. Using the click and
drag option one can advance in the animation from one position to the next. There is also
an Action Editor which can be used to edit actions.
This tool can be used to animate the position and rotation of components.
1
This tool can be used to specify the visibility of the component during a given time
frame.
This tool is used to render the animation which can be saved as an ‘avi’ file to view later
as well.
