Leaders are made, not born. Good leaders develop through continuous self-study, education, training, and experience. While some people may have innate leadership qualities, anyone can become an effective leader by having the desire and willpower to develop leadership skills over time. For example, Abraham Lincoln faced many failures and hardships in his early life and career but eventually became President of the United States at age 52, demonstrating that leaders are shaped by persevering through challenges.

 Again looses his business in the age of 24 years.
 His wife died in the age of 26 years.
 suffered with nervous breakdown in the age of 27 years.
 In the age of 34 years, Again He defeated in the election of congress.
 In the age of 45 years, Again He defeated in the election of senate.
 In the age of 47 years, He failed to be a Vice-President.
 In the age of 49 years, Again He defeated in the election of senate.

 But he believes in……


Abraham Lincoln
 He looses his business in the age of 21 years.
