ATSP Exam Tutorial Instructions

This document contains step-by-step instructions for downloading, extracting, and using the
newly developed ATSP Exam Tutorial.

STEP 1
Login to the Canon e-Support Site.
Select the ‘ATSP’ tab.
Click on the ‘Resources’ link.
Right-click on the ‘ATSP Exam Tutorial’ and
select the ‘Save Target As’ option

STEP 2
Select the ‘Desktop’ to save the file to, and
then click ‘Save’.

STEP 3
Double-click the ‘ATSP Exam Tutorial.exe’
file on the PC Desktop.

STEP 4
Select ‘Unzip’ to extract the files to the PC
Desktop.

STEP 5
Select ‘OK’.

STEP 6
Double-click the ‘ATSP Exam Tutorial’ folder
on the PC Desktop.

STEP 7
Double-click the ‘index.html’ file to launch the
tutorial.

Select the ‘CLICK HERE TO BEGIN’ link to
begin the tutorial.

STEP 9
Follow the on-screen prompts to go through
the tutorial.
