Data Entry Interview Assessment Form

This document is an assessment form for interviewing candidates for a data entry job. It rates candidates on their physique, health, appearance, education, training, job experience, relevant qualifications, typing speed, data input speed, accuracy, communication skills, confidentiality, and fit within the organization. Candidates are rated on a scale of 1 to 5 in different categories and skills relevant for the job. Their total score is calculated out of a possible 100 points. The form also includes spaces for comments on each section and an overall comments section for the interviewer to provide notes.
