Gentlemen:

We are pleased to submit herewith our proposal to the Construction of the above subject,
under the following terms and conditions:

SCOPE OF WORKS

We furnish all the necessary materials, labor, equipments and supervisions


To complete the project, in accordance with the agreed cost &
Specifications.

WORKS EXCLUDED

1.0 Permits and other related permit


2.0 Other works not mention in our scope of works and at Construction Plan

CONSTRUCTION TIME

Will synchronized with the civil/architectural works.


IV. CONTRACT AMOUNT

In consideration of the above scope of works, we offer a lump sum amount in


PESOS: TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT & TWENTY NINE CENTAVOS ONLY.
(Php 2,883,498.29)

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS

30% - Down payment upon signing of contract.


70% - Progress Billing based on monthly accomplishment.

OTHER CONDITION

We, as contractor shall hire all workers for the Construction work and we shall be
Solely responsible for the payment of their wages. In case of any accident or injury
That may befall in the course of the construction, as contractor we shall comply with
The Workmen’s Compensation Act, the Minimum Wage Law, and all other laws,
Ordinance and regulations.
